Возвращаясь к наболевшему – сравнению возможностей программного средства Google Translate и переводчика-человека, нам крайне приятно отметить тот факт, что машинным переводчикам еще очень далеко до совершенства 
Студентка колледжа Vassar Мелинда Кэтлин Риз провела небольшой эксперимент с песней «Отпусти и забудь» (англ. Let It Go) из диснеевского мультфильма «Холодное сердце». Она последовательно перевела текст песни с английского на несколько языков, а затем обратно на английский. Комичный результат представлен на видеофрагменте, где Мелинда исполняет песню в переводе от Google.
